Looking for ways to keep the youngsters entertained this Easter break?
I've compiled a list of my favourite things that are bound to keep the entire family entertained.
Experience the magical world of Snow White
A great way to get your children out of the house this Easter is by joining our thrilling and jam-packed Snow White holiday course. From the moment the children arrive, they are swept into an enchanting world of storytelling, music and dance, all hosted by warm and friendly theatre professionals. Held over three days, the course features specially designed games and exercises to boost confidence and improve concentration and culminates in a lively performance that friends and family can come and watch.
Keep the magic of Snow White alive by heading to the cinema to see Disney's new live-action remake after the course!
Visit a city farm
Why not soak up some fresh air and enjoy a wholesome family day out at a local farm this Easter? Kids will love getting up close with friendly goats, feeding chickens and exploring the lush green spaces (and you can also throw down a picnic rug!) With petting areas, vegetable gardens and hands-on workshops, it's an educational and memorable outing for all ages.
There are so many farms in and around London to choose from, including Hackney City Farm, Kentish Town City Farm, Vauxhall City Farm, Surrey Docks Farm, Bocketts Farm Park, Hounslow Urban Farm and much more.
Catch a musical
The school holidays are the perfect time to experience the magic of theatre. Enjoying a theatre production is a great way for children to practice concentration and listening skills, spark their imagination and encourage them to participate in drama and dance themselves.
Shows to check out include Matilda, The Lion King, Wicked, Mrs Doubtfire and Jack and the Beanstalk. For younger theatre-goers, Chicken Licken and The Lion Inside are fantastic choices.

Hire a boat
London and its surrounds are home to many beautiful lakes tucked away in commons and parks, so why not hit the water on a canoe or pedal?
You can hire pedalo or row boats at Serpentine Lake in Hyde Park, Regents Park Boating Lake in Regent's Park, and The Boating Lake at Alexandra Palace, to name a few. Check out if there's a boating lake at your closest park.
Explore a museum
Why not get your learning on these school holidays at a museum?
Depending on the age and interests of your child, some of the exhibits at the Natural History Museum, Young V&A, Science Museum or National Army Museum might intrigue and inspire the little ones.
Looking ahead to extracurricular activities in the summer term? Our highly sought-after weekly workshops recommence on April 22.
The 4 - 7s will trek deep into the jungle on a Jungle Rumble expedition, and the 7 - 12s will rehearse an exhilarating adaptation of Romeo & Juliet called Rome n Jewels.
