Creative Team

We spend a lot of time recruiting, training and evaluating our wonderful Area Partners, Producers and Teachers and the team at Harpenden United Reformed Church in Harpenden are no exception. As at all Perform schools, they have all been hand-picked for being enthusiastic, approachable and, of course, fantastic with children. As a result, you can be confident that your child is in the best of hands. Here are the details of the Creative Team at this venue:

PRODUCER

Lewis

I have been teaching and producing classes with Perform since 2019. It's awesome to teach and inspire children every week, using the skillset I've built through the last 15 years. I've worked in the world of theatre as part of a children's theatre company, as well as in lighting and sound. I love coming to class each week and creating a space for children to discover and showcase their amazing talent and personalities!

TEACHER

Maddy

I became a Perform teacher after graduating from Emil Dale Academy. Not only do I love using my experience gained as an actor to teach and inspire the children, but I also love all the things I learn from them as well! Outside of Perform I love playing my bass guitar.

AREA PARTNER

Jade

I trained in Musical Theatre at Midlands Academy Of Dance and Drama I started teaching at Perform back in 2006, and I still absolutely love it today! It's so rewarding to see every child flourish and grow in confidence term by term. I am also a Perform Area Partner, so every day brings a different job! Outside of Perform, you'll usually find me at a football pitch or scooter park watching my children play. I also enjoy reformer Pilates and trips to the theatre.
