At Perform Chelmsford, our focus is not about teaching rigorous techniques, memorisation and repetition to produce a 'perfect performance'. Instead, we use drama-based games, exercises, songs and dances in an imaginative and fun way to help boost child development.

We started running classes at Christ Church Urc Youth Hall in April 2017 and are currently here every week during term-time on Mondays.

At Perform Chelmsford, the Producer of the classes is Oliver and the Teacher is Chloe. The schools are looked after by our Area Partner, Sophie.

The current term runs from 13th April to 13th July with no sessions on Monday 4th May, Monday 25th May, Monday 4th May, Monday 25th May (hank-holidays).

Since my son started Perform, he's been having a fabulous time and he's really come out of his shell. He's much more confident! He remembered his line when he had a play. He loves the songs as well.
