Despatch time - we aim to despatch all orders within 2 working days and "next day" orders the same day if the order is received before 12pm. We may process orders received after this, but cannot guarantee to do so. Orders placed on Fridays after 12 noon and on Saturdays and Sundays will be despatched on the next working day. If your order is urgent and you are placing it after this time, please call us on 020 7255 9120 to check if we are still able to process it that same day.

Standard delivery is charged at £3.95 per order. It is sent 48 hour tracked delivery with Royal Mail and will require a signature on receipt. If you are not available to accept delivery at home during normal working hours, we suggest that you request that the goods be delivered to a work address rather than your home address. We supply a tracking number in all despatch confirmation emails. We offer free standard delivery for all orders of £30 and above.

Next Day delivery is charged at £8.00 per order. This is sent guaranteed next day "signed for" delivery by Royal Mail.

Free collection in person is available from Perform, 4 Blenheim Court, 62 Brewery Rd, London N7 9NY Monday to Friday between 09.00 - 18.00. This method is advised wherever possible when an item is required at short notice.

Collect from Perform venue (T-shirts only) - Finally, if your child is attending Perform and you are purchasing weekly classes or a holiday course at the same time, you can elect to have any T-shirts collected from your Producer at the venue.

Returns - we accept returns of saleable items within 28 days of delivery date. Please post back to SHOP RETURNS, Perform Workshops Ltd., 4 Blenheim Court, 62 Brewery Rd, London, N7 9NY and ensure that your origianl packing or order slip is contained within the package. Refunds will be made via the original payment method within 3 working days of receipt of the goods.
