What will my child be doing each week?
Our weekly workshops are structured into three main parts:
1. Move and Feel
Your child will learn to warm up and stretch their body, memorise the steps of a funky dance, develop core stability and balance with yoga-based mirroring exercises and enhance their concentration with rapid-reaction games.
2. Listen, Speak and Sing
By learning specially written tongue-twisters, raps, rhymes and songs all based around the termly theme, your child will improve their articulation, expand their vocabulary and enhance their listening skills.
3. Create and Imagine
Improvising characters, role-playing in situations and being part of a story-telling process are ideal ways for your child to cultivate a healthy imagination and learn more about the world around them and the people they'll meet.
To maintain energy levels and hydration, the weekend sessions also include a break for refreshments of organic fruit and special Perform Hydroblast™ water.
