The Circus Adventure
Roll up! Roll up!
From January, Perform children will be somersaulting, cartwheeling, clowning and juggling their way into the Big Top as we go on an amazing Circus Adventure! They'll discover a world of acrobats, trapeze artists and fire-eaters, cheer up the Clown With A Frown and crack their whips in the funky Lion Tamer's dance.
Our energetic and inspirational team of teachers will create a magical space for imaginations to run free as the children learn songs, dances and scenes before putting everything together into our end-of-term show.
As well as weekly activities, children will take home a colourful sticker poster to complete. There’s also a CD of songs and stories, videos, an accompanying app and a special script to help your child rehearse for the colourful end of term performance. The Perform Circus Adventure app has come to town so take your seats for the Greatest Show On Earth. Children can enjoy flexing their creativity in Clown Face, putting on a show in My Big Top, honing their coordination skills as the Circus Ringmaster and developing their concentration in Amazing Acrobats. They can also view the script and enjoy a selection of colourful videos featuring Circus Adventure songs, dances, raps and poems to watch and join in with at home. Each term, there is a specially produced themed album packed full of songs, dances and stories to enjoy at home. In the Circus Adventure Album, children can meet the Circus Flea and the Clown With a Frown, rap with the Human Cannonball and dance with Lion Tamer! The album can be downloaded in mp3 format and the CD can be purchased; both are available in the Perform Shop. FREE Clown with a Frown Furry Friend for every child at the end of term

Throughout the term, the Clown with a Frown will be helping us discover our juggling skills as we balance on a tight rope! At the end of term, every child who performs in our show will go home with their very own Clown with a Frown as a cuddly reminder of the circus fun they have had. |

Every child will receive a special Circus Adventure script pack which contains all the lines and lyrics so your child can practise their part at home. It also includes the full musical score for every song and colourful costume inspiration so your child can look their best in the show.
